System 3 2 1 implies a problem for the woman. It is the men in a given region / country who mark how high the barrier must be set for the average number of children per woman / family. In my opinion, the woman can best protect herself by letting the men determine the maximum number of children in the respective business sectors. First to protect a given population from ethnic cleansing, also with the aim of preventing a given country from getting significantly more soldiers compared to its neighbour, by means of an extraordinarily high birth rate.
“The Witch’s Hammer” was a book written by a Catholic Dominican and described how the authorities found these men and women who possessed certain supernatural abilities. This persecution of witches meant that in large areas of southern Germany the villages were completely emptied of women. Therefore, the woman also learned to protect herself against these accusations.
